There are three separate ways to earn Charlotte’s Web rewards points.
Ordering: You earn one point per dollar spent on charlottesweb.com,
including a gift card and/or subscription purchases. When you spend $200, you earn 200 points,
which can be redeemed for $10 off your next purchase.
Refer a Friend: Refer a Friend via your link, earn 250 points.
- To find your referral link, log in to your Charlotte’s Web Account
- Go to https://www.charlottesweb.com/refer
- Copy your link to share it with a friend
- They will receive a $25 Reward which can be used on any order over $50
- After they make a purchase, you’ll also receive 250 points
Providing feedback on your order: Leave a review, earn 25 points. Keep an eye out for an email from Charlotte’s Web after you place an order. By leaving a review, you’ll earn 25 points.
Each dollar spent earns you 1 reward point. Once you hit 200 points, you can redeem it for $10 off your next order.
All Rewards Points can be redeemed in increments of 100 during checkout in the Order Summary. You
can choose the rewards points balance you wish to redeem per order between 200, 300, 400, 500, or 2000
points.
Below the Order Summary, you’ll see how many Rewards you have available. Click 'Choose Reward'
to select how many of your points you’d like to redeem (in 100-point increments).
To log in to your account, click on the Account Icon and select Sign In or go to: You can view your rewards points balance by logging into your Charlotte’s Web account and selecting the Rewards Points category under your dashboard. Once logged in, select Rewards Points:here.
Yes. First, reward points can only be earned and redeemed on CharlottesWeb.com. You must be
logged into your Charlotte’s Web account for your point balance to show up at checkout.
You earn one point per dollar spent on CharlottesWeb.com, including a gift card and/or
subscription purchases. You can view your rewards points balance by logging into your
Charlotte’s Web account and selecting the Rewards Points category under your dashboard. All
Rewards Points can be redeemed in increments of 100 during checkout in the Order Summary. Your
full point balance must be used on a single order. You have the ability to choose the rewards
points balance you wish to redeem per order between 200, 300, 400, 500, or 2000 points, depending on
your balance. If you have a point balance of 150, you can use 100 points on an order, and the
remaining 50 will roll over to your next purchase.
Lastly, Rewards points cannot be combined with other promotional offers or discount codes. Point
balances cannot be split up and used on separate orders.
Yes, but don’t worry. Points expire after 365 days.
You will be asked to upload a photo of your in-store receipt from your device. From there, our moderator will review your request and either reject or approve the purchase. You will receive all status updates through email.
Please note the following:
- Receipts can only be submitted once from each in-store purchase.
- In-store receipts must be submitted within the calendar year to be accepted.
- The amount of loyalty points you receive will be related to the price of the Charlotte's Web product you purchased. You will not receive points for the total of the whole receipt unless they are all valid products.
- Points are awarded only in whole numbers. When a purchase is made for a sum that isn't a round number, the point balance will be rounded down to a whole number.
